# Build on Lacuna

*Privacy as infrastructure, not a walled garden.*

Privacy should not be a walled garden. Lacuna exposes its full protocol so other products can build on the same layer.

## The TypeScript SDK

The SDK gives developers shielding, private transfers, swaps, withdrawals, and key handling without assembling the cryptography themselves. It runs in both server and mobile environments and the Lacuna app itself is built on it, so anything the app can do, a developer can build too.

## The command-line wallet

Built on the same kit, the command-line wallet gives power users and integrators a scriptable, interface-free way to drive Lacuna directly for automation, server-side integrations, and testing.

## What you can build

* **Private payments** inside any app or service.
* **Confidential settlement** flows for businesses.
* **Agent-payable** integrations over x402.
* **Privacy-preserving** wallets and tools.
